In exchange, that number stops opening in the regular phone app — conversations move into Planeasy, and it is worth knowing that before choosing which number to connect.
- Can my WhatsApp get banned?
- On the official API there is no ban for automation — that is exactly what it exists for. What does exist is a quality rating from Meta and a sending limit that grows with your history. Planeasy tracks both and shows them on screen before they become a problem.
- Is it the official API?
- It is. We use Meta's official API, not a QR-code connection. It takes more work to set up, and it is what keeps your number from disappearing in the middle of a campaign.
