Welcome to Planeasy. By accessing and using our scheduling platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as an individual or entity) and Planeasy. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.

2. Service Description

Planeasy is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers online scheduling tools, customer management, message automation, and analytical reporting for professionals and businesses. Our services include smart calendar, automatic reminders, integrations with videoconferencing tools, and much more.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the service in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws; (b) send spam or unsolicited content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit through the service, including your customer data. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

4. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of Planeasy, you must create an account by providing complete and accurate information. You must update this information as needed to keep it current and accurate.

You may not use another person's account without permission, create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, or transfer your account to another person without our prior authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Plans

Planeasy offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You authorize us to automatically charge the provided payment method until you cancel your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it updated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Planeasy and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Planeasy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content you submit to the service, solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the platform settings. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, during which you may request account restoration.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Planeasy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Planeasy, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) any third-party conduct on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
