Create New User

Learn how to add new users to your Planeasy account and configure their basic permissions.

Step by Step

1. Access the Users Page

Navigate to the menu and click on Users. You will see a list of all registered users in your account.

2. Click "New User"

In the upper right corner of the page, click the "+ New User" button.

3. Fill in the Information

Fill in the required fields:

• Name: User's full name
• Email: User's email address (will be used for login)
• Phone: Contact phone number (optional)
• Role: Select the user's role (Administrator, Operator, Viewer)

4. Save

Click "Save" to create the user. An email will be sent with login instructions.

Important Notes

• The email must be unique in the system
• The user will receive an email to set their password
• You can edit the information later if needed
• Only administrators can create new users
