SMS sending reports
Sending reports allow you to track the performance of your SMS campaigns and identify improvement opportunities.
Accessing reports
To view SMS reports:
- Access Reports in the side menu
- Select SMS from the report types list
- Choose the desired period
Types of reports
Overview
Dashboard with main metrics:
- Total sent: Number of SMS sent in the period
- Delivery rate: Percentage of successfully delivered messages
- Credits consumed: Total credits used
- Total cost: Amount spent on SMS
Report by status
Detailed analysis by delivery status:

Important metrics
Delivery rate
Percentage of successfully delivered messages.
Recommended goal: Above 95%
Response rate
Percentage of contacts who responded to the message.
Recommended goal: Varies by message type (5-30%)
Exporting reports
Available formats
- PDF: For presentations and printing
- Excel: For data analysis
- CSV: For integration with other tools
