Configure automatic WhatsApp messages

Automatic messages allow you to communicate with your contacts efficiently, without having to send each message manually.

Types of automatic messages

Planeasy offers different types of automatic messages:

Appointment reminders

Send automatic reminders before appointments.

Example: "Hi {name}, we remind you that you have an appointment tomorrow at {time}."

Confirmations

Automatically confirm when an appointment is created.

Example: "Your appointment is confirmed for {date} at {time}."

Follow-up messages

Send follow-up messages after services.

Example: "Hi {name}, we hope your service was satisfactory. Do you have any questions?"

How to configure

1. Access automations

In the side menu, go to Automations > WhatsApp.

2. Create a new automation

Click the New automation button and choose the message type.

3. Configure the trigger

Define when the message should be sent:

• X hours before the appointment
• Immediately after creating an appointment
• X days after the service

4. Customize the message

Use variables to make the message personalized:

• {name} - Contact name
• {date} - Appointment date
• {time} - Appointment time
• {service} - Service name
• {professional} - Professional name

5. Test the automation

Before activating, send a test message to check if it's correct.

6. Activate the automation

If everything is correct, activate the automation by moving the switch to Active.
