How to activate SMS sending

SMS sending is an efficient way to keep in touch with your customers. See how to activate this feature in Planeasy.

What you need to know

• SMS sending consumes credits from your account
• Each SMS sent costs 1 credit
• You can buy additional credits anytime

How to activate

1. Access settings

In the side menu, click Settings and then Notifications.

2. Activate SMS

Find the SMS option and move the switch to Active.

3. Configure send types

You can choose which types of notifications will be sent via SMS:

• Appointment reminders
• Consultation confirmations
• Important notices
• Custom messages

4. Buy credits

If you don't have credits yet, click Buy credits and choose one of the available packages:

• Basic Package: 100 credits - $20.00
• Pro Package: 500 credits - $90.00
• Premium Package: 1000 credits - $150.00

Monitoring

You can track credit usage in the Financial > SMS Credits section.
